As my practice is quite full and my availability is limited, at this time I am only selling gift certificates if the recipient is already a client.
If you would like to purchase one, please give me a call at 410-205-1665 or contact me here.
Please do give me a call first if you plan to stop by the office so that we can be sure I will be there and be available to assist you. If I am in the middle of a massage session, I will not be able to help you!
1. Are Gift Certificates refundable?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds available for gift certificates. There are some options though. If the recipient would prefer to not receive massage for some reason, they are able to transfer their gift to a family member or friend to use.
2. Can a gift certificate for 60 or 90 minutes be split into 30 minute sessions or any other combination?
If the gift certificate is for a particular session length, for example, a 60 minute massage, it cannot be split into multiple sessions. If the recipient would like to upgrade to a 90 minute session, they may do so by paying the difference in cost.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone and are unsure of how long of a session they would like, it is best to select a "gift amount" instead of a "service or package". This way the recipient can choose how to spend the gift.
3. I received a prenatal gift certificate but wasn't able to use it during my pregnancy. Am I still able to come in?
Absolutely! Gift certificates are good for 4 years, so make that appointment now so you don't forget! There is no price difference between the prenatal massage and customized massage options.
4. What happens if I miss my appointment or cancel at the last minute?
The normal cancellation policy applies even if you are using a gift certificate. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will incur a $60 charge and no shows are responsible for the full amount of the session missed.
