Here’s what you need to know before coming in for your massage.
*All sessions will be by appointment only, as always.
*The day before your appointment, you will receive a set of Pre-Screen Questions by email. Please respond before your appointment either by email or phone. These questions are to help determine that it is appropriate for you to receive massage at this time.
*You will also receive an Informed Consent document. Please consider, print out and sign, and bring into the office with you. (I will have some available in the office as well, but it is probably easier if it’s already done!)
*Please come in NO EARLIER THAN 10 minutes prior to your session time. This will help to ensure that I am ready for you and prevent any crowding in the waiting area. I am taking steps to ensure that it isn’t a problem, but IF it seems like it may be, I will contact you directly before your session. Otherwise, there is no need to call or text when you arrive.
*Please make sure that you have a mask with you that will be worn during your entire visit. Be sure to only put on and remove your mask with clean hands and avoid touching it as well. There will be hand sanitizer available at my office.
*Until further notice, family or friends may not accompany you and wait in the waiting room.
As for my part, I will be sanitizing the entire massage table, as well as high touch surfaces throughout the office in between each client. As always, fresh linens and blankets will be provided for each client and will be washed according to industry guidelines, and I will continue to employ proper hand washing techniques. I will also be wearing a mask, and will be monitoring myself for any symptoms throughout my work day and week.
New Clients must call to schedule their first appointment.
Returning Clients may schedule online or call.
When using the online scheduler, you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provide for your account. If you don't, please check your spam folder, as you may need to add our address to your contacts. If you do not see this email, please call the office to verify that your appointment has been booked.
I truly want to help want to help you get the results you are looking for, and the first step is consistently showing up for yourself and your time on the massage table. As such, my policies are as follows:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $60 fee.
No Shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
An appointment can be rescheduled one time, after that we will need to evaluate if we can continue working together.
In the case of inclement weather, I will always be in contact if you have an appointment scheduled.
As always, there are exceptions for cancelling due to illness/emergencies. If you have any symptoms or feel like you might be coming down with something, rescheduling is the best plan.
